XANDER'S 13TH BIRTHDAYOur 5th
Grandson Xander
McKnight Gonzales celebrated his 13th birthday on March 21,
2022. Xander was not feeling that well due to hitting his head on
his bed the evening before. We did an early celebration on
Saturday March 19th, whereas we let Bo Jangles do the meal for us; a
take-out 8 piece chicken meal with sides of dirty rice and mac and
cheese.
Lisa, Xander's Mother ordered a cake from Food Lion, but she could
not pick it up until March 20th, therefore we had the early birthday
celebration without the cake.

Mission accomplished and we all enjoyed some of the cake. I cut
way back on "sweets" a year or two back and the icing was
super sweet to my taste buds being deprived of sugar; sweet and low
doesn't count with my hot tea...........grin if you must!
Xander is a tender hearted young lad and has a compassion for wanting
to help others which is a fantastic personality trait to possess and I
am very proud of him.

were visiting with his family in Texas, whereas they later moved to
North Carolina.
That boy has done some tremendous growing since that 1st birthday
party!

Xander was a bundle of energy and didn't slow down too much.
Xander and his sister Lily are a joy to my bride and myself and
enjoying watching them grow up, which seems very fast to us.
