DEVILED BITES

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits          1 (4.25 oz) can deviled ham
1/2 cup margarine*                   1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Snip biscuits in quarters.  Arrange in two I inch round baking dishes or fit onto an 8x11.5 Pyrex baking dish.  Heat together margarine and deviled ham, stirring until blended.  Spoon ham mixture over biscuit pieces being sure to coat them all.  Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.  Bake in a 400 degree oven approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.  Serve hot as snack or as hot bread with a salad.

NOTES:  If using 8x11.5 Pyrex baking dish you only need 1/4 cup of margarine which equals 1/2 stick of margarine*.  Also, "canned biscuits" with margarine in them tend to get soggy......Regular canned or refrigerator biscuits work the best.

YIELD:  40 bite sized treats!
