DEVILED BITES

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits          1 (4.25 oz) can deviled ham
1/2 cup butter                                       1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Snip biscuits in quarters.  Arrange in two I inch round baking dishes or fit onto an 9 x13 Pyrex baking dish.  Heat together butter and deviled ham, stirring until blended.  Spoon ham mixture over biscuit pieces being sure to coat them all.  Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.  Bake in a 400 degree oven approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.  Serve hot as snack or as hot bread with a salad.

YIELD:  40 bite sized treats!

NOTE:  The latest batch of deviled bits baked, we used Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers Honey Butter Refrigerated Biscuits and they were the best to this date.  Each large biscuit was divided into six wedges, whereas there were eight (8) biscuits to the can/package.
