CLAM DIP

INGREDIENTS:

8 oz. minced clams                8 oz. cream cheese
4 spring onions, chopped     1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayonnaise                  Texas Pete (to taste) and is optional

Mix softened cream cheese with mayonnaise.  Hold juices from minced clams since you may need small amount with cream cheese and mayonnaise to get the right consistency.  Add clams and Worcestershire, onions and mix well.  Chill in refrigerator overnight and serve with chips of your choice.
