MATH MUNCH AND LEARNThe Lilesville
Elementary School, Lilesville, NC had a math munch and learn event in the
school cafeteria on February 21, 2023 at 10:40 AM, whereas
"you eat
lunch with your child and learn about what we are doing in math by
working together on a math placemat" quote from the school website.
Lily Gonzales wanted her PAW PAW to be there and I certainly do not miss
an opportunity to be with Miss Lily, our only Grand Daughter.
I arrived a little early at the School and got out the ole antiquated
Canon 30D 35MM DSLR camera and started taking photos of the outside of
the school and eventually worked my way inside taking pixs.

represents our freedom, but it comes with a heavy cost to all
that have given their lives.

I was very impressed with the posters, placards and art work that was
very educational and motivating.
The floors have a mirror shine as evidenced by the above photo!
Sherman Cash and myself worked at the Anson Correctional Center many
decades ago!

My focus was on the kindergarten classes since Miss Lily is in Miss
Dagenhart's class. I was totally stoked with the organization of
the event and how well mannered and behaved the children were!

I opted to purchase a lunch plate consisting of BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes and
gravy, green beans, a roll and milk.
I am getting hungry again, just posting those pixs..........grin if
you must! The food was excellent and staff very courteous!

In closing, I had a great time with the kindergarten kids and meeting
some of the support staff and teachers! The custodians are doing a
fantastic job keeping the place clean and spotless. I elected not to thumbnail
any pixs and hopefully this page will download without any problems.
