Recipe from Rachel Myers, Adcock Family Traditions Cookbook, 1997.  This is a favorite at the Porter household and a big hit to take to a covered dish function as well.

I found the sequence pixs on 07-01-13 that I had taken several years back while looking for other pixs and added them to this web page today..

ONION CHEESE PIE BAKED ON 08-16-2023

My bride formed the cheese it and butter crust and I did the rest.  The pie was outstanding served with her favorite comfort food meal: salmon patties, mashed potatoes, pinto beans, sour cream cornbread and fresh sliced home grown tomatoes.

NOTE:  This recipe is also under the Vegetable category and copy and pasted it to the Cakes N Pies category on 08-10-2023.
